Community reminder privacy

What is collected

Email address, optional first name, selected reminder categories, consent version, confirmation evidence, preference changes, and delivery or suppression events.

Why it is used

Only to confirm choices, send eligible Maple Run email reminders, let the resident manage preferences, enforce unsubscribe or suppression, and provide aggregate operational reporting.

Resident control

A subscription remains inactive until confirmation. The preference link can change categories without an account, and the unsubscribe link stops future reminders. Minimum suppression evidence may remain so an opted-out address is not contacted again.

Demo isolation

This page accepts only example.com addresses. Changes stay in browser storage and no message is delivered.
